1:30-4:30 PM What’s in the Box? Aligning Service Expectations with Capacity
Organizational and service sustainability require creative strategies. The need to “right size” expenditures has never been more urgent. How do you garner creative ideas? Where do you find new revenue sources without marginalizing some users?
6-00-8:30 PM What’s Black & White & Grey All Over? Developing Positive Council/Staff Relations
Political/administrative alignment is critical to an organization’s success. Unfortunately, this relationship can be vulnerable to role confusion, unclear expectations, poor strategic direction, and lack of mutual confidence. The ability to navigate the “grey” is key to personal leadership and organizational success.
Gordon McIntosh has conducted 1,600 sessions throughout Canada and overseas involving more than 170,000 participants. He equips participants with tools and strategies “to make a leadership difference” and addresses real-time matters facing participants.
