“We want to move forward on asset management, we have started to build an inventory of our infrastructure and a few other initiatives but how do we start to integrate all of this?”
This is often the first question that municipalities grapple with as they embark on the journey to adopt asset management, an organization-wide business approach for managing infrastructure. An asset management roadmap is a work plan that helps municipalities to prioritize their asset management activities over one or more years in an integrated and coordinated way across the whole municipality.
Join this webinar to learn from City of Charlottetown, PEI, Municipality of Argyle, NS and Glenburnie-Birchy Head – Shoal Brook, NL – municipalities that have recently developed roadmaps through the Atlantic Infrastructure Management Network’s cohort program –We will introduce you to a simple template used to develop the work plan and the cohort program municipalities will explain the process they used, the first big steps they will take, and how they expect their roadmap will help them to improve governance, efficiencies and performance improvements over the next few years. Time for participant questions will be provided.
